The article presents the structure of an intelligent recommender system for monitoring the psychoemotional and psychophysiological state of critical infrastructure operators, taking into account one’s personal risks of developing chronic diseases. Due to the lack of direct analogues of the system which is being created, similar approaches and intelligent systems in the field of health protection are considered. A comparative analysis of devices for capturing parameters characterizing various physiological characteristics of the human body is also presented.
