The first All-Russian conference Telecom & Medicine 2022: Digital Services of Long-Distance Health Monitoring took place in Moscow on 27 January. Huawei served as the general partner of the conference, with the involvement of Gazprom Space Systems, WhiteProduct, MCN Telecom and with the support from the National Association of Healthcare Managers. The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation was represented by Olia Artemova, a Deputy Director of the Digital Development and Information Technology Division.
Among the topics discussed at the conference were modern digital services and technologies of health control and monitoring. The experts presented real cases on process building during digital transformation of health facilities, application of smart digital technologies and telemedicine services, reviewed market assessment and perspectives of digitalization in healthcare. Among the experts was prof. Boris Kobrinsky who represented our Russian Artificial Intelligence Research Institute and the Russian Association for Artificial Intelligence.
