The relevance and significance of the proposed work are determined by the need to develop algorithmic and software tools that promptly support applied medical and technical control systems that do not change the properties of the tested objects. Emergency conditions arise as a result of natural and man-made disasters, urgent conditions, fires, equipment failure in the absence of duplication and direct access, which poses a threat to missions and the life of the patient. The goal of the work is to build unified systems for processing and monitoring medical and technical data capable of operating in real time. The concept is based on the unity of technologies and the proximity of data processing tasks.
