The new discipline «Anti-aging Medicine» («Prevention of ageing») offers the new approaches and modern high technologies for the prevention and deterrence of aging, improve the quality of life of people in a decline in the real rate of aging and increase the duration of active working life. It is based on the fundamental mechanisms and reflect the individual characteristics of ageing, should be comprehensive and take into account the type, speed and profile-aging: susceptibility and severity of age-related diseases, genetic predisposition to longevity or premature aging, integrated assessment of health and susceptibility to disease, the degree of physical and mental health, opportunities and preservation of the volume of adaptation, assessment of the level of stress, evaluation lifestyle and a number of related items. Diagnosis of aging possible at the present level only with the help of appropriate computer programs and algorithms.
