A description of the structure of the developed high-performance software library for the intelligent analysis of magnetic resonance imaging data of the brain is given. The library is designed to solve a number of problems, including: automatic selection and recognition of areas of interest, automatic measurement of statistical characteristics of these areas, 2D and 3D cognitive visualization, modeling of the movement of mesenchymal stem cells, high-performance data processing, creation of a graphical interface for intellectual support of medical researchers. The software implementations underlying the library are based on situation forecasting methods, deep learning artificial neural networks, and cognitive graphics. The library will provide an opportunity for medical researchers to observe the nature of the effect of stem cells on the area of ischemic damage, model therapeutic processes and test various hypotheses.
