Innovations in the agri-food market help to increase economic competitiveness and contribute to the development of new food technologies of high value-added healthful foods. COVID-19 pandemic has forced governments and agri-food businesses around the globe to accelerate the transition to digital technologies and actualized the need to address issues of ensuring national food security. In this study shown that the priorities of agri-food market and the applied food technologies have undergone significant changes. In this paper shows that modern methods of constructing the scientific landscape let to identify promising areas of research and priority technologies in the agro-food market.
