Methodological approach to providing a sustainable development of economy and the solution of questions of import substitution on the basis of development of methods of the automated identification of needs for new scientific and technical and technological decisions is given in the present article. In article it is noted that the sustainable development of economy has to be considered through a prism of realization of seventeen purposes of a sustainable development and the national purposes of development of the country offered in the decree of the Russian President. Creation and application of new scientific and technical and technological decisions can be the key instrument of achievement of a sustainable development and realization of the purposes. These innovations will promote the solution of problems of forward technological development of the state and will become the instrument of import substitution. Search of such decisions can be reached by application of digital technologies. In article are offered scientific approach to segmentation and extraction of information from the texts containing in various sources in a natural language for the purpose of identification of needs of economy for new scientific and technical and technological decisions.
