SciApp is a software and hardware digital platform for scientific and technical analytics based on intelligent collection and procession of full-text R&D data in both Russian and English languages. It was created by the RosInternet Technologies company based on the methods and technologies developed by the research fellows of 72 and 73 departments of the Russian Artificial Intelligence Research Institute.
