15.04.2022

A new section was launched at the National Electronic Library portal entitled Modern Scientific Publications in Public Domain which contains over 2000 electronic copies of science and technical literature (2376 at the moment of publication) and covers dozens of topics, including AI. According to the creators, this collection is recommended to "scientific workers, academics, scholars, graduate students, high level specialists involved in scientific research and education."

Among the authors are people directly related to our Russian Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, including its founder Gennady Osipov and chief research fellow Gerasim Nazarenko whose Basics of the Theory of Medical Technological Processes (2006) is availlable for studying free of charge to everyone with a registration at the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation.

Another open-source work is Gennady Osipov's monography Methods of Artificial Intelligence (2011). The library will continue to grow, so we strongly suggest to keep an eye on the project.
