In most countries of the world, the population is aging, which leads to changes in demographic policy - to a widespread increase in the retirement age. However, a person’s labor resource is directly related to the level of his vitality, which decreases significantly with age. Therefore, the study of the rate of human aging in the historical aspect and in different age periods is the most important area of modern demographic and medical science. This study provides a mathematical model and methods for studying the rate of human aging based on demographic data and methods for determining biological age to assess individual aging. Computer programs have been developed to evaluate big data in this area. A simple and accurate method for determining the rate of aging is to take into account the rate of increase in mortality rate with age. Its use made it possible to assess the historical changes in the characteristics of the aging of the human population. Since the middle of the twentieth century, there has been a decrease in the rate of population aging for the developed countries of the World with a maximum for the ages of 60-85 years, the effectiveness of healthcare in the country is of the greatest importance for all ages. The rate of aging decreases by an average of 1.4-2.0 times by 2000 compared to 1960. The results obtained open up the possibility of influencing the rate of aging, which was previously considered unlikely, and the developed computer programs make it possible to monitor the demographic indicators of the rate of aging of countries and the individual rate of aging - bio-age.
